Applied over a coat of Supper Gloss or Semi-Gloss Emulsion on surfaces made of cement, wood or other.
It provides a rough ornamented coat in addition to very beautifull decoration shapes with colors used.
It is thined with little water.
Applied by using a brush, a Spray Gun, a Putty Knife or by the proper tool.
